London went all graphic last week with an amazing exhibition Life in 2050 and the graphic fair Pick Me Up.
Founder of Tranmission, Stuart Tolley, wearing a Woody tee at the studio's launch of Life in 2050 and a little further on down the Strand is Pick Me Up, with the talented Peep Show and lovely Rob Ryan - both on for another week.
When it was revealed to Woody that she has better than 20/20 vision, she put it down to excessive drawing. With a background in Fine Art, Brighton-based Woody produces work for publishing and fashion clients in Europe and Australia. Her Star Gaze collection for Topshop became the most successful artist range they had ever launched and her Little Treasures collection of miniature wearable art framed within vintage jewellery is highly collectable. Woody produces her own range of products and regularly exhibits. Selected shows include her solo exhibition Mirror Mime at YSP and Pick Me Up at Somerset House.
A keen advocate of bringing professional skills to creative talent, Zara is a visiting lecturer at higher & further educational institutions, as well as giving talks at museums and galleries on creative professional practice. She has also designed and led workshops on creating characters and experimenting with mixed media.
